The purpose of this paper is to identify risk factors that discourage consumers fromadopting e-banking services. Perceived risk is a key construct in consumer decision making, whereaswhether this is true in e-banking market is rarely researched. An exploration of this dynamicmarket is therefore critical to develop theoretical and practical implications. The investigationuses quantitative research methods. Primary data were collected by self-administered questionnairescontaining 200 respondents are analysed through structural equation modelling. Results indicatethat the concept of perceived risk has merit in explaining consumersâ decisions on whether to usee-banking.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of efficiency in Ex-residency SurakartaPDAM. The samples were PDAM of Surakarta, Sukoharjo and Klaten. The sampling method isnon-probability sampling, with convenience sampling method. The data used are secondary data.The data consists of input variables and output variables. Input variables consist of 1) the numberof staff hours per month, 2) the amount of water usage per month, 3) the total expenditure permonth, and 4) the ratio of the number of employees of an educated scholar. While the outputvariables consist of 1) the number of subscribers per month, 2) the amount of revenue per month.Data collection used is documentation method. Data analysis tool used is DEA. Based on theanalysis concluded there is 1 taps that do not operate efficiently, namely PDAM Sukoharjo (92.70).

The aimed of this study is to analyze the achievement of technical efficiency in smallbusinesses. The input factors that were analyzed are capital and worker, while the output factor is theproduct of the firm. Analysis using stochastic frontier. The result of analysis of technical efficiencyshow that the achievement of technical efficiency of enterprises of the study sample was quite goodcategory. While the returns to scale the firms are decreasing returns to scale (DRS). The role of capitaland worker aspects have little effect on improving the companyâs production on the overall studysample. If the capital increase of 1% will be able to raise production by 0193%. whereas if there is theaddition of 1% of workers will increase production by 0005%. Based on the stochastic frontiertechnical efficiency analysis of each sub-sector that the handicraft sub-sector efficiency is highest.

This research aim to build awareness of small entrepreneur in known central industriesnamily in Krajan, Mojosongo, and Jebres Solo in throwing away waste result of produce. The benefitof this research is similar of behavior of environmental consciousness collectively that is betweenpublics and entrepreneur to realize area balance. Population of Research that is small entrepreneur inindustrial sentra known in Krajan, Mojosongo, Jebres. Data collecting method by the way of indepthinterview entangles two keyperson that is owner and plant lessee. The Result of research showedexistence of industrial sentra known triggers a number of consequences and appearance a number ofrisk opportunities, that is from smallest to the biggest threat is destruction of environment. Findingresult of indepth interview indicates the importance of building awareness model of behavior inthrowing away waste result of produce with emphasis on general behavior theory.

Green Lifestyle is focused to our care for this beloved earth. A lifestyle that really makethis earth as a âpartnerâ in everyday life, not only as an âobjectâ exploitation to make ends meet.Goals to be achieved through this study are as follows: 1. Make the description of eco-friendlylifestyle in Solo City residents 2. Analyze the relationship with the eco-friendly lifestyledemographic characteristics of residents of Solo Data collection in this study is survey methodwith questionnaire instruments. To test the hypothesis that distinguishes environmentally friendlylifestyle perceptions of respondents based on their demographic characteristics, this study usesone-way ANOVA. Based on the results of data analysis can also be concluded that people withhigher education, older adult, married, and female sex have a lifestyle that is more environmentallyfriendly than less educated people, young, unmarried, and male sex.

This research pursuant at empiricinvestigation designed to compare the complaint consumer behavior and intentions in a culture atethnical of Chinese ( Tionghoa) by consumer is behavior and intentions at ethnical of Java. Theresult of this research is Ethnical culture of Java, none a passive culture. attitude of relatedComplaint consumer research and conducted more than three decade ago have made clear it thatregardless of culture about market which they run the, hospital which do not plan the way ofeffective about relation by complaint consumer behavior which is laid open by voice responses willharm the sale, sooner or later. Same Hold fact for the attitude of consumer sigh expressed byprivate responses, any way, such as those which shown in researching into this, bigger challengein the first place in market with expressed by a ethnical culture of Java. Also customer in anethnical culture of Java do not voice the complaint to hospital, this matter did not mean that theydo not express themselves. If them dissatisfy, they possible have a share in private responses(leaving or negative communications ) and conducive to the third party responsesTheir residency simply possible their disinclination to express the negative emotion, like griping,to external group. But this matter is clear the than study that they do their expression throughother channel, like with the inner group.
